d025d63fd6 PolarSSL: update to current stable version (1.3.4) 
I just removed Externals/polarssl/, added the new version, then deleted
the following files/directories:

DartConfiguration.tcl
Makefile
doxygen/
library/Makefile
programs/
scripts/
tests/
visualc/

d8b39b9dcf Support PolarSSL on *nix 
Removed unneeded PolarSSL directories.
Remove duplicate sha1 and md5 files.
Define out SSL test file writing.
Fix format string bug and warning.
