comex 2eebdff01b Remove useless STACKALIGN macro.
It only ever did anything on 32-bit OS X.

Anyway, it wasn't even on the right functions, and these days
ABI_PushRegistersAndAdjustStack should handle maintaining the ABI
correctly.
