830dc6a0d3 Correct use of Android system UI flags 
Removed the use of SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_HIDE_NAVIGATION and
SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_LAYOUT_HIDE_NAVIGATION for API 14 through API 18.
