OpenDAL S3 parameter support (#6127)
* deps: upgrade the reqwest stack to 0.13

The reqwest 0.13 rustls feature selects the aws-lc provider. Use
rustls-no-provider instead, add rustls 0.23 with the ring provider, and
install that provider at process startup. This keeps Vaultwarden on the
existing ring crypto provider while giving reqwest, OpenDAL and lettre a
process-wide rustls provider.

Disable openidconnect default features and provide a small
AsyncHttpClient wrapper around Vaultwarden's shared reqwest client
builder. This preserves custom DNS, request blocking, timeouts and the
no-redirect OIDC behavior without openidconnect enabling its own reqwest
stack.

Upgrade yubico_ng to 0.15.0 and OpenDAL to 0.56.0. OpenDAL 0.56 also
moves S3 signing to reqsign 3, so switch the optional S3 dependencies
from reqsign/anyhow to reqsign-core and reqsign-aws-v4 and adapt the AWS
SDK credential bridge to the new ProvideCredential API.

Adjust the local OpenDAL call sites for the 0.56 API: use the FS_SCHEME
constant for filesystem checks and replace deprecated remove_all() with
delete_with(...).recursive(true) for Send file cleanup.

* storage: add OpenDAL S3 URI options

OpenDAL S3 storage accepts bucket and root path data today, but
serverless deployments also need URI query parameters to describe provider
behavior in one DATA_FOLDER value.

Update OpenDAL to 0.56.0 and build S3 operators with
S3Config::from_uri(). Keep Vaultwarden's AWS SDK credential chain by
installing a reqsign provider when the URI does not explicitly request
OpenDAL-native credential handling.

Move path handling and operator construction into storage.rs so S3-specific
parsing, credential setup, and URI path manipulation stay out of
configuration handling. Local filesystem behavior is unchanged, and S3
child paths are derived before query strings.

Fix 2FA Remember to actually be 30 days (#6929)
Currently we always regenerate the 2FA Remember token, and always send that back to the client.
This is not the correct way, and in turn causes the remember token to never expire.

While this might be convenient, it is not really safe.
This commit changes the 2FA Remember Tokens from random string to a JWT.
This JWT has a lifetime of 30 days and is validated per device & user combination.

This does mean that once this commit is merged, and users are using this version, all their remember tokens will be invalidated.
From my point of view this isn't a bad thing, since those tokens should have expired already.

Only users who recently checked the remember checkbox within 30 days have to login again, but that is a minor inconvenience I think.

* Optimizations and build speedup

With this commit I have changed several components to be more efficient.
This can be less llvm-lines generated or less `clone()` calls.

 ### Config
- Re-ordered the `make_config` macro to be more efficient
- Created a custom Deserializer for `ConfigBuilder` less code and more efficient
- Use struct's for the `prepare_json` function instead of generating a custom JSON object.
This generates less code and is more efficient.
- Updated the `get_support_string` function to handle the masking differently.
This generates less code and also was able to remove some sub-macro-calls

 ### Error
- Added an extra new call to prevent duplicate Strings in generated macro code.
This generated less llvm-lines and seems to be more efficient.
- Created a custom Serializer for `ApiError` and `CompactApiError`
This makes that struct smaller in size, so better for memory, but also less llvm-lines.

 ### General
- Removed `once_lock` and replace it all with Rust's std LazyLock
- Added and fixed some Clippy lints which reduced `clone()` calls for example.
- Updated build profiles for more efficiency
Also added a new profile specifically for CI, which should decrease the build check
- Updated several GitHub Workflows for better security and use the new `ci` build profile
- Updated to Rust v1.90.0 which uses a new linker `rust-lld` which should help in faster building
- Updated the Cargo.toml for all crates to better use the `workspace` variables
- Added a `typos` Workflow and Pre-Commit, which should help in detecting spell error's.
Also fixed a few found by it.

Use Diesels MultiConnections Derive (#6279)
* Use Diesels MultiConnections Derive

With this PR we remove almost all custom macro's to create the multiple database type code. This is now handled by Diesel it self.

This removed the need of the following functions/macro's:
 - `db_object!`
 - `::to_db`
 - `.from_db()`

It is also possible to just use one schema instead of multiple per type.

Also done:
 - Refactored the SQLite backup function
 - Some formatting of queries so every call is one a separate line, this looks a bit better
 - Declare `conn` as mut inside each `db_run!` instead of having to declare it as `mut` in functions or calls
 - Added an `ACTIVE_DB_TYPE` static which holds the currently active database type
 - Removed `diesel_logger` crate and use Diesel's `set_default_instrumentation()`
If you want debug queries you can now simply change the log level of `vaultwarden::db::query_logger`
 - Use PostgreSQL v17 in the Alpine images to match the Debian Trixie version
 - Optimized the Workflows since `diesel_logger` isn't needed anymore

And on the extra plus-side, this lowers the compile-time and binary size too.

* Security fixes for admin and sendmail

Because the Vaultwarden Admin Backend endpoints did not validated the Content-Type during a request, it was possible to update settings via CSRF. But, this was only possible if there was no `ADMIN_TOKEN` set at all. To make sure these environments are also safe I added the needed content-type checks at the functions.
This could cause some users who have scripts which uses cURL for example to adjust there commands to provide the correct headers.

By using a crafted favicon and having access to the Admin Backend an attacker could run custom commands on the host/container where Vaultwarden is running on. The main issue here is that we allowed the sendmail binary name/path to be changed. To mitigate this we removed this configuration item and only then `sendmail` binary as a name can be used.
This could cause some issues where the `sendmail` binary is not in the `$PATH` and thus not able to be started. In these cases the admins should make sure `$PATH` is set correctly or create a custom shell script or symlink at a location which is in the `$PATH`.

Added an extra security header and adjusted the CSP to be more strict by setting `default-src` to `none` and added the needed missing specific policies.

Also created a general email validation function which does some more checking to catch invalid email address not found by the email_address crate.

Signed-off-by: BlackDex <black.dex@gmail.com>

* Fix security issue with organizationId validation

Because of a invalid check/validation of the OrganizationId which most of the time is located in the path but sometimes provided as a URL Parameter, the parameter overruled the path ID during the Guard checks.
This resulted in someone being able to execute commands as an Admin or Owner of the OrganizationId fetched from the parameter, but the API endpoints then used the OrganizationId located in the path instead.

This commit fixes the extraction of the OrganizationId in the Guard and also added some extra validations of this OrgId in several functions.

Also added an extra `OrgMemberHeaders` which can be used to only allow access to organization endpoints which should only be accessible by members of that org.

* Update server version in config endpoint

Updated the server version reported to the clients to `2025.1.0`.
This should make Vaultwarden future proof for the newer clients released by Bitwarden.

* Fix and adjust build workflow

The build workflow had an issue with some `if` checks.
For one they had two `$` signs, and it is not recommended to use `always()` since canceling a workflow does not cancel those calls.
Using `!cancelled()` is the preferred way.

Fix for RSA Keys which are read only (#4744)
* Fix for RSA Keys which are read only

Sometimes an RSA Key file could be read only.
We currently failed because we also wanted to write.
Added an extra check if the file exists already and is not 0 in size.
If it does already exists and is larger then 0, then open in read only
mode.

Fixes #4644

Decrease JWT Refresh/Auth token (#4163)
Large JWT's could cause issue because of header or body sizes of the
HTTP request could get too large when you are a member of a lot of organizations.

This PR removes these specific keys since they are not used either
client side or server side.

Because Bitwarden does add these in there JWT's i would suggest to keep
the code we had but then commented out as a reference.

Removing it and searching for this when needed would be a waist of time.

Allow Authorization header for Web Sockets
Some clients (Thirdparty) might use the `Authorization` header instead
of a query param. We didn't supported this since all the official
clients do not seem to use this way of working. But Bitwarden does check
both ways.

This PR adds an extra check for this header which can be optional.

Change String to &str for all Rocket functions
During setting the latest commit hash for Rocket and updating all the
other crates, there were some messages regarding the usage of `String`
for the Rocket endpoint function calls. I acted upon this message and
changed all `String` types to `&str` and modified the code where needed.

This ended up in less alloc calls, and probably also a bit less memory usage.

- Updated all the crates and commit hashes
- Modified all `String` to `&str` where applicable

Merge ClientIp with Headers.
Since we now use the `ClientIp` Guard on a lot more places, it also
increases the size of binary, and the macro generated code because of
this extra Guard. By merging the `ClientIp` Guard with the several
`Header` guards we have it reduces the amount of code generated
(including LLVM IR), but also a small speedup in build time.

I also spotted some small `json!()` optimizations which also reduced the
amount of code generated.

Support Org Export for v2022.11 clients
Since v2022.9.x the org export uses a different endpoint.
But, since v2022.11.x this endpoint will return a different format.
See: https://github.com/bitwarden/clients/pull/3641 and https://github.com/bitwarden/server/pull/2316

To support both version in the case of users having an older client
either web-vault or cli this PR checks the version and responds using
the correct format. If no version can be determined it will use the new
format as a default.
